The Exam Patter for Material Assistant and Junior Office Assistant are divided in such way:

• Total Questions: 150.
• Total Marks: 150.
• Duration: 2 Hours (20 Minutes extra for each hour for visually handicapped candidates only)

For Material Assistant and Junior Office Assistant, the exam pattern has already been explained. Now let’s discuss the exam pattern for Fireman, MTS, and Tradesman Mate posts. For these three posts, the written exam is conducted after the physical test, except for MTS, where a physical test is usually not required. The exam pattern differs slightly for these posts, especially in the weightage of questions:

This makes a total of 150 questions worth 150 marks, with a time duration of 2 hours. The exam includes negative marking, with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer. Candidates scoring higher marks will proceed further.

The Fireman physical test is purely qualifying in nature, with no marks assigned. Upon clearing the physical test, candidates will proceed to the written exam.

Skill Test for Junior Office Assistant:

For Junior Office Assistant, a typing test is conducted after the written exam.

1. English Typing: Minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
